How are credits calculated?

Subtitle translation is charged by visible characters: 1 credit per 8,000 characters, with a minimum of 150 billable characters per 20 subtitle entries to cover API request overhead. The first audio or video transcription can use up to 10 credits even when the balance is lower; later transcription is charged proportionally at 1 credit per 60 seconds. Batch subtitle workflows are charged proportionally at 1 credit per 100 files.

How does the subtitle translation trial work?

Without signing in, you can translate up to 10 subtitle entries. After signing in, your first complete subtitle translation is covered up to 12 credits. The first audio or video transcription is covered up to 10 credits; later transcription is charged proportionally by media duration after the 1-minute anonymous trial.

Can I buy more credits later?

Yes. You can buy another credit pack at any time. Redeem the new license key in My Account and the credits will be added to your balance.

How many times can one key be used?

Each license key can only be redeemed once. After redemption, the credits are added to your account and the key cannot be reused.

What payment methods are supported?

Payments are processed by Payhip, which supports credit cards, PayPal, and other international payment methods.
