Refund Policy

1. Overview
Pancake Subtitle Tools sells one-time AI credit packs through Payhip or another checkout provider shown at purchase time. Credits can be used for AI subtitle translation, audio transcription, and video transcription.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not redeemed or used the license key, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review the request and, when eligible, help process the refund through the payment provider.
3. Redeemed or Used Credits
Redeemed credits and credits already used for completed AI jobs are generally not refundable. If credits were consumed because of a service error, duplicate charge, failed redemption, or another billing issue, email us and we will review the account activity.
4. Failed AI Jobs and Credit Corrections
The service is designed to charge credits after successful AI processing. If an AI job fails, returns no usable result, or you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, contact us with your account email, the tool used, the approximate time, and any error message. We may restore credits when the charge was caused by a verified service-side error.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally bought the same credit pack more than once, contact us before redeeming the extra license key. We can review the duplicate purchase and help with a refund when the key has not been redeemed.
6. How to Request Help
Email dearstubbornhuang@gmail.com with the purchase email, Payhip license key if available, Google account email used on the site, and a short explanation of the issue.
